Sweet Potato Pie

Six servings 

6 sweet potatoes
1 can crushed pineapple in natural juice
1 tsp brown packed sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (ground)
9 inch ready-made pie crust

Cover sweet potatoes with boiling salted water and let it boil till tender.
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid.
Mash sweet potatoes and add pineapple juice.
Put into a 9 inch pie shell and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes
