Ghee Rice

1 cup Basmati rice
3 tsp Ghee
100 gr. Cashew nuts
1 Onions finally chopped
3 Green Chilly (or less depending on how spicy)
3 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
1 cup Coconut Milk
Salt To taste
Masala Items :
2 bay leaves
3 Cardamoms
2 Cloves
2 or 3 small Cinnamon sticks

Take a heavy bottomed vessel. Add the Ghee and when it melts, add the Cloves, Cardamoms, Cinnamon sticks and bay leaves. Fry it. Then add the cashew nuts to it and fry till it comes to golden brown. Add the chopped onions and fry for some times. Add the green chili and fry it. Add the Ginger and garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears.
Add the washed basmati rice and fry for 3 - 5 mins. Add 1cup coconut milk and 1 cup water. Now mix all together. Add salt to taste.
